Todd Ellis

Todd Ellis is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the renewable fuels and low-carbon energy sectors. He has built and scaled businesses that generate billions in annual revenue, led large commercial teams, and driven mergers, acquisitions, and strategic integrations.

Mr. Ellis expertise spans renewable fuels strategy, global sales and trading, public policy, project development, and joint venture governance. He has served on multiple industry boards and is a recognized thought leader frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and government forums.

Passionate about developing people as well as markets, Ellis has championed leadership and professional development programs that strengthened organizational

talent across companies. Based in Bellingham, Washington, he combines his professional experience with a lifelong curiosity about how technology and policy

intersect to drive sustainable energy solutions. Outside of work, Todd enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest and engaging with his local community to support renewable

energy initiatives.

Ellis holds an Executive MBA from the University of Iowa, an M.A. in Environment and Community from Antioch University, and a B.A. in Sociology, Spanish, and Psychology from Fort Lewis College.
